Monitoring Cell

• The newly established Monitoring Cell shall be responsible for regular monitoring of all development schemes.
• The Cell shall also prepare monitoring reports as periodically required.
• The Cell shall carry out evaluation of all programmes and projects.
• The Cell shall prepare evaluations reports as periodically required.
• The Cell shall undertake visits to project sites to verify pace of physical progress and quality of work.
• The Cell shall monitor the procurement of equipment and verify its quality.
• The Cell shall evaluate if resources are being put to optimuim use.
